Since the first exchange program in 1961 between Lions in California and Lions in Japan, the YCE program has been helping young people create and foster a spirit of understanding and service around the world. Join the “Celebrate Community” international service event “Celebrate Community” is a week-long event in October that promotes joint service projects among the incredible members of Lions International, Kiwanis International, Optimist International and Rotary International.
